- Create and develop the Marketing Strategy and Plan, aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities
- Support the sales team to engage prospects and convert opportunities more effectively through digital marketing activity
- Manage the digital performance, website and campaigns across SEO, paid search and other digital channels, working with partners to grow traffic and improve visibility
- Plan and coordinate content and campaigns across email, paid, social and web, supporting product launches, sales priorities and brand visibility
- Own monthly performance reporting across all marketing activity, ensuring results are reviewed and improvements made
- Manage and support the Marketing team providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear priorities, and helping develop their skills in line with team goals
