Talent Hub is working in partnership with a specialist innovation company that develops and manufactures equipment and tech for their niche target audience and sector. They are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to drive and develop commercial growth and their marketing activity, working alongside the sales team, delivering successful lead generation to B2B markets.
This is an office-based role and the hours are 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities for this Marketing Manager job include:
- Develop and deliver a consistent brand presence across website, social media, email newsletters and printed marketing materials.
- Develop clear customer-facing collateral, including event content, email campaigns, case studies and presentations that support the sales process.
- Support the sales team by preparing tailored customer materials, sales packs, templates and resources.
- Plan and deliver a social media schedule that increases awareness of the company’s capabilities.
- Produce regular website improvements including new pages, updated images, news articles and case studies.
- Writing and creating tech spec documents.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including designers, photographers, printers and digital partners to support smooth delivery of work.
- Provide regular reporting of marketing activity including website traffic, social performance, engagement data and outcomes from campaigns or events.
For this Marketing Manager job, you should have:
- Proven Marketing Manager experience in a B2B sector.
- Ideally worked in the manufacturing or technical product industry.
- Skilled in content creation for various marketing outputs, both digital and offline.
- Proven skills in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and activities, including social media for B2B.
- Successfully managed and organised trade events, especially B2B.
- GA4 Fluency is essential.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices required.
- Competent with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
