Talent Hub is seeking an operations coordinator for a Brighton agency with a start-up vibe, renowned for working with some of the UK’s most exciting brands. This role is the agency's operational heartbeat, overseeing operational print campaigns from start to finish and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
We are looking for agency-side experience in print coordination, so you can hit the ground running and add immediate value.
Key Responsibilities include:- Manage print production to ensure client artwork is delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate scheduling of teams and oversee a variety of outdoor media.
- Lead and support a distribution team, strategically planning staff rotas and managing.
- Handle daily office operations, liaising with suppliers and overseeing administrative tasks.
- Monitor budgets and invoices, track costs, and approve expenditures.
- Drive process improvements and assist in CRM implementation to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Degree educated or similar qualification be ready to fast track your career and develop with an agency.
- You have 2 years of agency-side experience with experience in OOH or have worked with clients in print coordination for advertising.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills allow you to manage multiple priorities independently.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong problem solving abilities and a passion for process improvement.
- You have experience organising small teams and strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, you thrive under pressure and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
