Are you passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns that truly connect with customers? We’re looking for a Campaigns Marketing Executive with a background in CRM, to join a dynamic marketing team within a consumer focused organisation. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the successful execution of CRM driven campaigns from concept through to delivery and analysis. Working closely with product managers, the wider marketing team, and external agencies, you’ll support the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, identifying key member segments and opportunities for personalised communication to drive engagement, retention, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across CRM, email, e-newsletters, app push notifications, SMS, and more, from briefing and content creation through to segmentation, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to identify focus areas and recommend strategies that enhance campaign performance.
- Develop detailed marketing communication plans, coordinating with channel owners to ensure delivery on time and to brief.
- Confidently write and present marketing briefs to internal teams and external agencies, managing relationships to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Partner with their CRM agency to optimise database segmentation and deliver personalised, relevant, and engaging messages.
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing activity.
- Support content creation across channels including copywriting, image sourcing, and proofreading ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
What you will need
- Degree educated (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2C marketing role (agency or client side), with a strong focus on CRM and campaign management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across large marketing teams and external agencies.
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, thriving both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
