Overview
This new Marketing Manager role is responsible for delivering effective local marketing activity across a group of locations. Working closely with regional sales teams, Head office (based in the South East) and agency partners, you’ll translate national campaigns into high-impact regional and local plans, ensuring each location is supported with relevant, engaging marketing that drives performance. This is an exciting job for an ambitious marketer, looking to work with multiple teams. Being a car owner and driver is essential, as this job involves travel across several locations in the South West.
Responsibilities
- Supporting organic social media, email campaigns, and website updates to increase local visibility
- Delivering local marketing plans across a portfolio of locations, aligned to national promotional strategies
- Working closely with sales teams to tailor campaigns to local audiences and priorities
- Leading regular regional planning calls to review performance and agree on upcoming activity
- Driving collaboration across locations maximises reach, efficiency, and shared budgets
- Developing and rolling out regional toolkits, campaigns, and partnership initiatives
- Acting as the main marketing contact for locations within your region, offering guidance and support
- Supporting wider national marketing projects, trials, and new initiatives across the region.
Experience and qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a multi-site, regional, or customer-facing business. Ideally, from either travel or retail.
- Ability to drive and travel to various locations in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, and Kent HQ. Flexible on time and the occasion overnight stay (costs covered)
- Hands-on delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple locations
- Experience working with stakeholders across sales, agencies, and central teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
