Their busy team is expanding and looking for someone highly organised who can coordinate print production and logistics, ensuring delivery. The agency has an enviable client list and produces thousands of ad campaigns throughout the South East and London. And if you’re interested in the creative space, this could be your dream job!

For this Operations Coordinator job, you should have:

  • Proven skills in production or operations - ideally in print production or advertising.
  • Previously worked for a marketing agency. This is ideal, however, not essential!
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large number of projects at any one time.
  • Being highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable coordinating freelancers and small teams.
