As Brand and Campaign Manager, you will assist in developing and executing this leisure company's marketing strategy by delivering impactful, brand-focused marketing projects.
As part of the brand team, you will assist with the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across the most relevant channels to build brand awareness and drive growth in memberships, bookings and other associated products and services. You will be joining a vibrant, busy brand team working on a wide range of brand projects and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively across departments, including product, digital, content, PR, social, publications, partners, and events, to ensure consistent brand and acquisition marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated and implemented consistently across all owned marketing channels.
- Work with creative agencies to deliver high-impact brand and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of all brand and acquisition campaign marketing activities, including brand essence, values, positioning, and identity, ensuring the brand is applied correctly and consistently across all internal and external channels.
What you will need:
- Experience in brand, acquisition, product or campaign marketing.
- Degree educated or a recognised marketing qualification i.e. CIM, desirable, or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding and experience of managing work with external agencies for brand projects and campaigns.
- Strong written skills required, including copywriting.
- Significant marketing experience in an agency or client-side B2C role.
- Strong relationship and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
- Proven strong analytical skills, based on a sound understanding of customer and industry insight.
