Responsibilities:

  • To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service are delivered at all times.
  • The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training.
  • Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets.
  • The sales office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings & events forecast and achieving budget.

Requirements:
