Senior Sous Chef to oversee the operation with the senior team. Senior Sous Chef to have a committed approach to the development of new ideas and food style. Very busy operation core feeding 1500+ per day. Senior Sous Chef to work in a team of 16. Senior Sous Chef to help with fine dining events and hospitality. The Requirements Senior Sous Chef must have proven track record within high volume operations. Senior Sous Chef to have worked with fresh food Senior Sous Chef to have worked within a independent schools or hotels/venues with a high volume background is essential.
