The Job Role
- To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times.
- The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training.
- Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets.
- The sales office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings & events forecast and achieving budget.
