The Job Role
Operations Manager to oversee 10 education contracts in Berkshire & Oxfordshire. To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience. The Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling. To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent. To report into an Operations Director.
The Requirements
- A proven Operations Manager within contract catering
- Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential, be that in Education or B&I
- A passionate foodie
- The successful Operations Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
To be based within 10 miles of Reading or Oxford ideally. A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
