The Job Role
Relief Chef Manager based in a state education contract to support sites across schools in the Manchester area, both primary and secondary school. Working on brand standards and audits. Assisting in creating fresh food menus and keeping up to trend with the latest foods. Supporting the business needs, training and developing staff and covering sites.
