Role: Operations Manager to oversee Education contracts. Responsibilities include managing the client experience, mobilising new business, and retaining existing business. The Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality at every site, recruit, train, motivate, manage, and develop the team to maximise talent. The Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director.
Requirements: A background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential. A self-starter with a passion for people development. The successful Operations Manager will have strong commercial acumen and be an accomplished leader who can engage the support team and unit managers.
