- An experienced conference & events diary manager, to increase conversion at every opportunity
- Supporting on large enquiries to ensure maximum conversion
- Analyse the business looking at rates as well as new and lost bookings
- Meet & Greet clients and support with hotel show rounds to drive business
- Providing the best customer service
- Upsell all of the hotels products and services at every opportunity
- Reviewing the business to increase opportunity to exceed the sales budget
- Implementing and running sales office conversion days
