The Company

The Package

  • £44,000 per annum basic salary
  • Company Car - car allowance of £445 per month, or personal car usage at 45p per mile
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Additional 5 days gifted leave

The Role

  • Lead and manage Health, Safety and Training across a large portfolio of education catering sites
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies across the business
  • Conduct site audits, investigations and reporting to maintain high safety standards
  • Deliver and coordinate Health & Safety training and manager inductions across the organisation
  • Work closely with Operations and HR to support training programmes and staff development

The Requirements

  • Experience within a Health & Safety role in catering, hospitality or food service
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
  • NEBOSH qualification desirable (training support available)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams
  • Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel across the North of England

The Location

M6 corridor Stoke to Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield. A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
