Role: Operations Manager to oversee Education contracts. Responsibilities include managing the client experience, mobilising new business, and retaining existing business. The Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality at every site and will recruit, train, motivate, manage, and develop the team to maximise talent. The Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- A background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
- A self-starter with a passion for people development.
- The successful Operations Manager will have strong commercial acumen.
