The Job Role
An Assistant General Manager for a Colourful 1980s-themed nightclub - operating 3 nights per week.
An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.
Focus on compliance - security of site
Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a nightclub environment
An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar night club / late night venue role
Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
