We are partnering with a highly regarded, owner-operated contract catering company to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the West Yorkshire to North West region. This role is ideal for a proven BDM with a strong track record in education, workplace or B&I foodservice, who thrives in a non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment and brings genuine passion for food-led contracts.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, building strong relationships and representing a food-focused, quality-driven catering brand.
About You
You will be confident, commercially astute and highly engaging, with the ability to influence, build trust and win business. Key requirements include:
- Proven experience at Business Development Manager level within education or B&I contract catering
- Strong industry network and excellent client relationship skills
- A non-corporate mindset with a collaborative, creative approach
- Ability to listen, understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong commercial and financial presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
- Professional personal presentation and exemplary written communication
