The Job Role: Junior Development Chef to support with projects, events and innovation for a large high profile Monday to Friday B&I operation. High volume operations across both retail and hospitality. Going into both new & developing sites to address issues and support on-site teams. Reporting to the Development Chef.

The Requirements:

  • A Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef from a multifaceted quality B&I operation.
  • A talented and passionate chef who will support with innovative and seasonal menus inspired by current food trends.
  • An engaging chef who can engage and mentor the kitchen teams.
  • An organised and diligent chef who can support a multifaceted operation.
  • An articulate chef with excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with senior members of the brigade.
  • Background of high-end kitchens with an understanding of current food trends.

The Location: Central London. Easily Accessible via public transport links.
