The Requirements: * The Guest Services Manager will have experience of managing hospitality teams and driving service standards. * The Guest Services Manager will have excellent communication skills * A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to develop their team * The preferred Guest Services Manager will have experience of dealing with guest queries on a regular basis and be able to resolve issues.
