The Job Role:
- Oversee a busy hotel restaurant and events.
- Motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers.
- Support all staff members and ensure training is given to support their needs and personal development.
- Work with KPIs, budgets, and legislations.
- Implement food and drinks marketing plans.
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to implement and deliver new menus across the hotel.
The Requirements:
- Ideally within a similar role currently or have previous experience in a hotel at Food & Beverage Manager level.
- Experience of working within a busy operation and managing both permanent and casual staff.
- Demonstrate knowledge and professionalism at all times.
- Enjoy training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
- Exceptional standards and attention to detail.
- An ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling.
