Job Role

  • Develop and execute the hotel's financial strategy aligned with ownership and operational objectives
  • Set performance goals and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
  • Support with the evaluation of capital investments, renovations (CapEx), brand conversions, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead long-term financial planning, including forecasting, scenario modelling, and ROI analysis

Requirements

  • A strong individual with an exceptional hospitality background, preferably hotels
  • To have worked at CFO level
  • Someone who has led large CapEx programmes
  • Experience in upgrading systems
  • Someone who has worked within a private equity environment
  • The ideal CFO needs to be strategic but also capable of zooming into details, transforming a business, and getting capital allocation right
