The Role
Operations Manager to oversee Education contracts. Managing the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business. The Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality in every site. To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent. Operations Manager to report into the Managing Director. Operations Manager to manage 3 direct reports.
The Requirements
A background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential. A Self-starter with a passion for people development. The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen. An accomplished Operations Manager who can lead and engage the support team and unit managers.
