  • Relief Chef Manager based in a state education contract
  • To support sites across schools in the Manchester area both primary and secondary school
  • Working on brand standards and audits
  • Assisting in creating fresh food menus and keeping up to trend with the latest foods
  • Supporting the business needs, training and developing staff and covering sites
