Job Role

• An experienced senior marketing manager
• To manage a team of marketing executives
• The experienced senior marketing manager will lead the national and London marketing strategy, driving growth and evolution of the brand.
• Drive the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives, activations, and events to ensure the Marketing Team achieves both short and long-term objectives.
• Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects
• Manage the national marketing budget effectively, tracking spend and ROI.

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in marketing, within hospitality
• Ideally within multi-site premium dining
• An ability to instil structure and process into the Marketing Team
• Happy with regular travel
• Self Starter in this role is a must as autonomy of marketing will be trusted
• Experience using AI tools/automation platforms.
• Managerial experience is required

• London based, with 1 day working from home
