The Job Role: Deputy General Manager to assist the General Manager in running this high volume operation. The Deputy General Manager will oversee staff dining, hospitality and vending across a large site. The Deputy General Manager will ensure high levels of service and standards are always delivered. A hands-on role, the Deputy General Manager will lead from the front and support the team during peak times, and have high attention to detail and be able to multitask. The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for the financial performance including GP's, stock management and cost controls.
The Requirements: A successful Deputy General Manager with a proven track record within quality high volume operation. The successful Deputy General Manager will be a clear communicator and comfortable in a corporate environment. A team player who enjoys working with and supporting other departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment. The Deputy Manager will be well presented and have a fun and outgoing personality!
