The Job Role:

  • Oversee a busy hotel restaurant and events.
  • Motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers.
  • Support all staff members and ensure training is given to support their needs and personal development.
  • Work with KPIs, budgets, and legislations.
  • Implement food and drinks marketing plans.
  • Work alongside the Executive Chef to implement and deliver new menus across the hotel.

The Requirements:

  • Ideally within a similar role currently or have previous experience in a hotel at Food & Beverage Manager level.
  • Experience of working within a busy operation and managing both permanent and casual staff.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and professionalism at all times.
  • Enjoy training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
  • Exceptional standards and attention to detail.
  • An ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling.
