  • The Chef Manager will oversee production of this fresh food feeding 200/300 per day

  • A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
  • A Chef Manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients
