The Job Role
- To maximize the hotel's revenue and drive the standards of the team
- To work closely with the sales team and oversee the reservations team
- Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
- An assistant Reservations Manager to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room occupancy and revenue, along with overseeing the reservations process
The Requirements
- The ideal assistant reservations manager will have previous experience within a hotel's reservations and reception department
- Knowledge and experience with OTA's and other distribution channels
- Responsible for guiding and mentoring the Reservations team
- Experience with hotel PMS / RMS systems
