To have used a CAFM system for reporting jobs
Available and willing to work on a callout basis 1 in 6
Have experience on installations not just PPM and reactive works.

This role would suit someone who has worked within the Building Services Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors.
We will accept applications from those who have worked as a Gas Engineer, Commercial Gas Engineer, HVAC Engineer, HVACR Engineer, Domestic Gas Engineer, Gas Supervisor, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, Asset Manager or someone looking to go back on the Tools with their Commercial ACS Gas Certification.
