Job Description We are recruiting for an organisation which operates within the Facilities Management and Building Services sector, specialising in delivering high-quality commercial gas engineering maintenance and repair services. \n The focus is on ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of gas systems in a variety of commercial properties. n \n Planned and Reactive Maintenance \n Commercial Gas installations and repairs \n Pricing repairs \n Liaising with on-site teams \n Reporting and paperwork \n \n \n Previous commercial gas experience required \n Full UK Driving Licence \n Commercial and Domestic Gas Certification required \n To have used a CAFM system for reporting jobs \n Available and willing to work on a callout basis 1 in 6 \n Have experience on installations not just PPM and reactive works. \n \n \n Paid door to door \n Callout Payments \n Overtime Payments \n Tools and PPE Supplied \n 25 days + Bank Holidays \n Private Pension \n Healthcare plan \n \n This role would suit someone who has worked within the Building Services Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors. \n We will accept applications from those who have worked as a Gas Engineer, Commercial Gas Engineer, HVAC Engineer, HVACR Engineer, Domestic Gas Engineer, Gas Supervisor, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, Asset Manager or someone looking to go back on the Tools with their Commercial ACS Gas Certification. \
