We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our client’s revenue growth strategy in the UK. You will own the full sales agenda, drive performance across all distribution channels, and take end-to-end responsibility for total revenue generation. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, customer-centric mobility business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and support expansion goals.
  • Translate product offerings and pricing strategies into clear, actionable plans and train the sales team to sell effectively.
  • Set, monitor, and manage sales targets for the team, individuals, and channels, ensuring consistent performance and accountability.
  • Oversee all distribution channels, including online (website & app), B2B partnerships, corporate sales, travel agents, and on-the-ground/point-of-sale channels.
  • Take full ownership of total revenue for the business.
  • Drive online sales and revenue through close collaboration with the Marketing team (SEO, paid media, promotions, and digital campaigns).
  • Maximise on the ground revenue through effective management of physical sales points, partnerships, and direct customer interactions at key locations.
  • Work closely with the other HODs who own sales operations, delivery, and execution, to ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational performance.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to accelerate growth.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously optimise performance.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Head of Sales or Senior Sales Leader in the travel, transportation, mobility, hospitality, or consumer services sector (airport transfer or coach experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong experience in managing total revenue responsibility across multiple distribution channels (online + offline).
  • Demonstrated success in driving both digital/online sales and on-the-ground/physical sales performance.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategy, product positioning, and sales team enablement.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using sales CRM and reporting tools.
  • Natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Administration.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the UK and occasionally to European hubs.
