A fast-growing European passenger transport business is looking for a commercially sharp Head of Sales to own its UK revenue strategy from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely pivotal role, one where you will set the agenda, build the commercial infrastructure and directly shape the trajectory of a high-potential brand as it expands across the UK market.
You will have full end-to-end ownership of revenue across every channel, digital, B2C, corporate, travel trade and on-the-ground point of sale and the autonomy to drive performance across all of them.
What You Will Be Doing
You will lead the development and execution of the UK sales strategy, translating the company's product and pricing model into clear commercial plans and training the team to deliver against ambitious targets. Day to day, that means overseeing all distribution channels, from the website and app through to B2B partnerships, B2C, travel agents and direct customer interactions at key locations, while working closely with Marketing to drive digital performance through SEO, paid media and campaigns. You will be the person who spots new revenue opportunities before anyone else does, builds the partnerships to capture them and reports clearly on performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives at board level.
What We Are Looking For
You will be a proven sales leader with a strong track record in travel, transportation, mobility or consumer services, ideally with direct experience in airport transfers or coach operations. You know what it takes to manage total revenue responsibility across multiple channels simultaneously, and you are as comfortable optimising a digital conversion funnel as you are developing B2C. Beyond the commercial skills, you are a natural collaborator, someone who works effectively across Marketing, Operations and senior leadership to keep strategy and execution aligned. You thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and bring the data-driven discipline to back your instincts with evidence. Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are a genuine advantage.
The Package
- £65,000+ DOE base salary
- Performance-based bonus tied to revenue targets
- Staff travel benefits
- Hybrid role based out of London Stansted Airport
- The chance to put your stamp on a brand with real UK growth ambitions
