What you'll be accountable for:
- You'll have ideas, lots of them and you will help ideate, shape, lead and deliver creative across bold live and digital events and experiences for some of the world's most visionary and interesting brands.
- Create, concept, oversee and deliver concepts, mood boards, spatial layouts, and 3D design visuals and detailing, and provide on-site delivery support for both client and internal work, on time, on budget and on brief.
- Create accurate and detailed design intent drawings and production packs, brief-in external fabrication companies on the build elements.
- Turn strategy and concepts into 3D designs.
- Lead and concept on the overarching visual narrative (with a focus on 3D design), working closely with graphic designers, supporting freelancers, producers and the production team to bring ideas to life.
- Design standout presentation decks, pitch visuals and proposals that sell the story, not just the slides.
- Support the Director of Creative Design and Executive Creative Director and wider team with ad-hoc requests and creative problem-solving.
- Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies that can make our work smarter and more surprising.
- Provide constructive feedback and uphold design quality across the studio.
Who you'll work with:
- Director of Creative Design β management of workflow and project support, weekly check-ins, annual reviews, growth plans.
- Executive Creative Director β WAF founder and final creative decision maker, collaboration and input at key milestones.
- Producers β collaborating on project approach and staged presentation developments, keeping design on-brand, on-budget and on-time.
- Production team β collaborating on production methods and on site delivery, the team maintain relationships with build and other production suppliers.
