We are currently seeking to recruit a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about building services from the ground up and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a new service, creating a nurturing, safe, and high-quality environment that supports children to thrive and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Bolton.
- Support the opening, development, and growth of a new residential service.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, frameworks, and requirements.
- Create a nurturing and safe environment for children and young people.
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification, or be actively working towards completion.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a children’s residential setting within the last 5 years.
- Possess previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role.
Required Skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Be confident and capable of supporting the opening, development, and growth of a new residential service.
- Be resilient, child-focused, values-driven, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
