We are currently seeking to recruit a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about building services from the ground up and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key Requirements
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification, or be actively working towards completion
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a children’s residential setting within the last 5 years
- Possess previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Be confident and capable of supporting the opening, development, and growth of a new residential service
- Be resilient, child-focused, values-driven, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
