Talent Guardian are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a 12-week temp-perm contract for our client based in Christchurch, Poole. For this role, you must have a UK Driving License, and a 7.5-tonne driving licence (C1). Location: Christchurch, Dorset Pay: £15.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm - permanent contract offered following successful completion This is a hands-on supervisory position, so we're looking for someone who is happy to lead from the front and get stuck in with the wider warehouse team. The role: Supervising and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate stock levels Processing credit notes and handling returns Supporting general picking, packing and warehouse duties Working within the freezer when required Ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe and efficient Operating a forklift where required - training can be provided if you are not currently licensed Supporting the wider team wherever needed You MUST: Have previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience Hold a full UK Driving Licence and be confident driving Hold a 7.5-tonne driving licence Be reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility Be physically comfortable with a hands-on warehouse role Be willing to work in a freezer environment when required Be willing to undertake forklift training if not already licensed All PPE will be provided brand new.
