Talent Guardian are delighted to be supporting our client with the hire of x2 permanent Warehouse Operatives in Camberley.
Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime.
The Opportunity: Talent Guardian is delighted to be partnering with a well-established retail and distribution organisation to recruit a Warehouse Operative for their Camberley site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in warehouse operations and the distribution of stock. You will be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and delivered efficiently, helping to maintain excellent service levels across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, unload and process incoming deliveries.
- Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Deliver goods between warehouse and retail locations using company vehicles.
- Conduct stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering high standards.
Desirable Experience:- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or certification.
- Experience within a retail, stock control or fulfilment environment.
