Vault X is a remarkable UK success story in the trading card accessories market and specialise in premium binders, deck boxes and gaming accessories for the trading card market. Founded about six years ago, the company has achieved phenomenal growth.

Working alongside the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the heart of inbound and outbound operations—liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to make sure every shipment is exactly where it needs to be.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Raising purchase orders in line with forecast demand.
  • Scheduling and tracking inbound shipments to our global hub.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and quality control teams to resolve any delivery hiccups.
  • Preparing all essential shipping documents and keeping inventory records spot-on.
  • Updating stakeholders on shipment progress and product launch timelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Excel skills and confidence with ERP systems.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
