Supply Chain Co-ordinator – Fast-Growing Brand

We\’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Chain Co-ordinator who can flourish in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. Working alongside Vault X\’s Supply Chain Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of inbound and outbound operations—liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to make sure every shipment is exactly where it needs to be.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Raising purchase orders in line with forecast demand
- Scheduling and tracking inbound shipments to our global hub
- Coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and quality control teams to resolve any delivery hiccups
- Preparing all essential shipping documents and keeping inventory records spot-on
- Updating stakeholders on shipment progress and product launch timelines
- Developing and refining operational processes as the business scales
- Managing multiple high-priority situations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
