This is a key role where you'll lead visual execution across packaging and retail campaigns while managing a small but talented creative team.
It's about bringing the brand to life through impactful packaging, POS, and marketing communications that resonate with consumers in competitive retail spaces.
What you’ll be doing: Leading the design and delivery of creative assets across packaging , point-of-sale , and wider brand marketing materials.
Managing and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers and Artworkers , ensuring high standards and continuous creative development.
Working closely with the Head of Product Development , supporting the day-to-day management of the design function.
Taking briefs from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.
Collaborating with wider teams across marketing, product, brand, and sales to ensure alignment on creative goals and timelines.
