In this key role, you\’ll lead product marketing initiatives and drive commercial growth—delivering against ambitious targets through strategic ownership of the full marketing mix: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of business unit plans to exceed commercial KPIs and growth targets
Manage P&L reporting and provide detailed commercial analysis
Oversee comprehensive email marketing campaigns (manual and automated)
Lead ecommerce merchandising, catalogue production, and direct mail programs
Work with ecommerce teams on CRO testing and digital automation tools
Partner with data & analytics teams to leverage customer insights for growth
Collaborate on new product launches and range development initiatives
Optimise daily trading performance and marketing budget allocation
Drive continuous process improvements, including AI implementation
Mentor Marketing Executives and support team development What\’s in it for you?
