We are working with a growing and ambitious business based in Portsmouth that is looking to appoint an experienced PPC Manager to lead and optimise paid advertising activity across multiple digital channels. The Role
As PPC Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will use data and insights to continually improve campaign performance and maximise return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and bidding strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Optimise landing page performance in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns where required
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and best practices

About You
- Previous experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable results
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets

- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with paid social advertising would be advantageous
