About Vault X

Vault X is a growing company in the trading cards and collectibles space, passionate about delivering quality products to our community. They are expanding their online presence across multiple marketplaces and looking for a talented Ecommerce Executive to join their small, friendly team.

The Role

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to support their marketplace and e-commerce operations. Working closely with a Senior E-Commerce Executive and marketing team, you\’ll ensure Vault X products are discoverable, compelling, and consistently outperform the competition across platforms including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of their online presence and contribute directly to their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch Vault X on new marketplaces and expand existing marketplaces into new countries
• Set up and optimise product listings to maximise visibility and conversion
• Support execution of campaigns including promotions, product launches, and merchandising updates
• Carry out QA checks on product listings and flag any issues to the team
• Create reports for the senior team (e.g., sales, traffic, product performance) using tools such as Shopify, Amazon, and Helium 10
• Take ownership of Amazon brand stores and collection pages

What We\’re Looking For

• 1+ year\’s experience with ecommerce/marketplace platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Centre, eBay, etc. (either in a personal or professional capacity)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
• Desire to learn and keep up with e-commerce best practices
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms
• Other digital marketing experience
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or hobbies
