The role combines end‑to‑end delivery of high‑profile events with executive support to senior directors. This position suits someone detail‑driven, proactive and passionate about luxury design across interiors, fashion or lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑profile events including launches, talks, panels and private dining, ensuring exceptional standards and budget control.
- Manage complex event logistics involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements for senior directors.
- Manage correspondence, communications and meeting preparation.
- Provide general administrative support and liaise across departments.
- Previous experience in event management.
- Experience supporting senior executives, including diary and travel management.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Degree or higher qualification in communications, business or a related field.
- Experience as an executive‑level PA.
- Background in a premium or luxury retail, design or B2B environment.
- Knowledge of Photoshop.
- Strong interest in luxury interiors, fashion or lifestyle brands.
