As a Creative Designer, reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with the Creative team on various projects, occasionally working on individual 3D retail design and Point of Purchase (POP) initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to support the design team and contribute to the development of innovative design concepts that enhance our client's position within the industry. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to effectively present ideas both internally and to external partners and clients. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualisation and Innovation: Showcase strong conceptual and creative thinking, with the ability to transform ideas into practical design solutions. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our design concepts. Technical Proficiency: Strong 2D/3D design skills are essential, along with a willingness to develop proficiency in software such as 3DS Max and other relevant 3D applications (e.g., Unreal Engine). Proficiency in other creative and presentation software is also required. Collaborative Approach: Work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating closely with well-known retail brands. Ensure that all designs adhere to specific brand guidelines while contributing to research, ideation, concept development, visualisation, and presentation. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions across a variety of design applications, including strategic design, temporary and permanent retail displays, complete store concepts, and pop-up stores. Requirements: Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with a passion for innovative design. Strong 2D/3D design skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new software. Proficiency in relevant creative and presentation software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in presentations and other formats. Knowledge of consumer behaviour, retail marketing, and brand marketing within retail environments is advantageous. This role is office-based in Lutterworth, four days a week.
