Talent Guardian is partnering with a leading financial organisation to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to support the efficient processing of mortgage applications and ensure a seamless client experience. The role is based in Ferndown. Key Responsibilities: Process mortgage applications with lenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track application progress through to completion, keeping advisers informed. Input cases onto internal and lender systems, uploading necessary documentation. Conduct electronic ID checks and maintain fraud prevention vigilance. Use Mortgage Metrics for rate improvements and ensure compliance with the Rate Assurance Guarantee. Communicate updates via email to advisers. Support additional administrative duties as required. Who We’re Looking For: Experience in mortgage administration or financial services preferred.
