We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Dispatch Operative to join their busy warehouse and distribution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time. What You'll Be Doing Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for dispatch. Checking orders to ensure products and quantities are accurate. Organising and preparing goods for outgoing deliveries. Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently. Checking delivery paperwork and ensuring dispatch records are accurate. Working closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready on time. Handling and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised dispatch area. Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or distribution environment would be beneficial. Experience within food manufacturing or food distribution would be an advantage. Good attention to detail and accuracy when preparing orders. A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude. Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on warehouse environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physically fit and happy with manual handling duties. Ability to work the required night shift hours. What's On Offer? £15 per hour.
