About the role:
Talent Guardian are looking for a creative HR Advisor on a temporary 4-week basis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and professional support across a range of HR projects and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Payroll: Accurately manage and process payroll cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and timely payments with VIP clients
- HR Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including contract preparation, absence tracking, and benefits administration
- Maintaining HR Records: Ensure all employee records are updated, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations Expert Guidance and Support: Provide knowledgeable support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
- Must be able to commute to Knightsbridge, Central London
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
