Are you a logistics professional who thrives on ownership, precision and keeping things moving? We are working exclusively with a fast growing consumer brand to find a Logistics Planner for an exciting 6 month fixed term contract. This is a genuinely varied and hands on role sitting right at the intersection of demand planning and operational execution. You will be responsible for translating forecast data into shipment plans and ensuring products move efficiently, on time and with full accuracy across all regions and channels.
What you will be doing:
- Developing weekly and fortnightly shipment plans across all regions and sales channels.
- Coordinating end to end shipment execution with freight forwarders, vendors and warehouses.
- Managing shipments through Amazon and third party logistics platforms.
- Monitoring shipment progress and resolving issues proactively.
- Supporting customs clearance and managing all export documentation.
- Maintaining accurate data and system updates throughout.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain operations.
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail, particularly around data and documentation.
- The ability to prioritise and make confident decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing several tasks simultaneously.
