Talent Guardian are recruiting for a Machine Operative for our client based in Andover, Hampshire.

Immediate Start Available. MUST be able to drive due to location.

Location: Hungerford, Berkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Shift Options:

  • Morning Shift: 5:45am - 2:15pm
  • Evening Shift: 1:45pm - 10:15pm

The Role:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Working with sawdust, hay and animal bedding products
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch
  • Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • General warehouse and production duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operative or within a warehouse/production environment
  • Comfortable working with sawdust, hay and bedding materials
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and health & safety awareness
  • Must be able to drive due to the location, as there is no accessible public transport
